Tracey has been involved in professional learning and development since 2004. She is an engaging and passionate facilitator, trainer and coach who lights up any group she works with.


Tracey has a BA in Social Sciences and Conflict Resolution, certificate in Grief Studies and Youthline counselling experience. She has a strong business acumen, developed during 20 years of corporate experience. Tracey takes an enthusiastic strengths-based approach to her work, designing and delivering coaching and learning solutions in the areas of productivity skills, conflict resolution, team building, team leadership, emotional intelligence, customer service and communication skills development.
